Devanshu Anand

Dr. Devanshu Anand is a researcher and professional specializing in next-generation mobile network architectures, with a focus on 5G/6G Core networks, O-RAN, and AI/ML-driven network intelligence. He received his B.Eng. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bangalore, India (2020), and completed his PhD at Dublin City University, where his research centered on AI/ML-enabled workflows in the O-RAN ecosystem. Currently, he is a Senior Post Doc Research Fellow, Ireland, where he leads projects on the design, deployment, and innovation of advanced 5G networks. Alongside, he is a 6G Core Network Researcher at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), contributing to Germany’s Open6G Hub initiative and other EU collaborative projects.Dr. Anand has authored several research publications and book chapters, with particular contributions on QoS in 5G networks, O-RAN testbeds, 5G/6G Core Networks and AI-driven network control. His career bridges industry and academia, driving forward both practical deployments and cutting-edge research in 5G/6G technologies.
